Limit Switch Boxes | Standard
The i-box is the smallest limit switch box in our product range. It is especially suitable for applications in narrow places with little space and also for assembly on small actuators with 80x30 mm hole spacing with 20 or 300 mm long shafts. Thanks to its sophisticated mounting system, it could be assembled on your actuator quickly and easily and without a bracket.
The wave box is our "classic" model and an absolute all-rounder. From mechanical to inductive, slot type to dual or reed sensors, we can build in almost all types. It is available in plastic and aluminium and delivered with adjustable mounting brackets, either in glass fibre reinforced plastic or stainless steel.
The neptun box, having all its external parts of high value stainless steel (AISI316L), is particularly resistant to corrosion and pitting. It is therefore suitable for off-shore deployment and chemical industry, as well as environments containing salt, sulphur gas and ammonia nitrate and further aggressive mediums.
The name ‚flex-box' stands particularly for high flexibility. Thanks to its robust, copper-free (<0,05 % max. copper content), it is suitable not only for rough environments with high requirements for stability and resilience, but also for applications in salt atmosphere, sulphur gas and ammonia nitrate.
With our polyamide limit switch box - EUROBOX, we manage more space for long cylindrical sensors or sensors that are furnished with a M12-cable box. EUROBOX is available in two lengths, making the installation of sensors with length from 60 mm up to 90 mm possible.
As the name indicates, the big-box is our biggest limit switch box. We seize its aluminium housing when we need to assemble big cylindrical sensors with M30 threads or a sensor in a particular length, as well as to meet your requests including large mechanical position switches acc. to DIN EN 50041, like for example Schmersal, Siemens or Bernstein switches.
