Ab Februar schaffen wir einen ausgelagerten Arbeitsplatz in Zusammenarbeit mit der Diakonie Pfingstweid! đ
Ein ausgelagerter Arbeitsplatz bedeutet, dass ein Mensch mit Einschränkung außerhalb einer Werkstatt für behinderte Menschen arbeitet, aber weiterhin Unterstützung und Betreuung erhält – und das in einem regulären Arbeitsumfeld. Diese Möglichkeit ermöglicht es, Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und sich langfristig auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren.
