Kennt ihr schon unsere flex Box? 🤓
Wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, ist sie eine absolut flexible Box, die sehr viele unterschiedliche Einsatzbereiche abdeckt.
Hier hatten wir zum Beispiel einen Auftrag für den explosionsgeschützten Bereich der Ex Zone 1, in dem die Endlagen zur Sicherheit doppelt abgefragt werden.
Die Box enthält vier Pepperl und Fuchs Sensoren NJ2-V3-N und die Betätiger sind so eingestellt, dass zwei Sensoren in Stellung AUF und zwei Sensoren in Stellung ZU betätigt werden.
Fällt ein Sensor aus, so gibt es also noch ein zweites Feedback. Damit kann nicht nur der Anlagenbetreiber ruhig schlafen, sondern wir auch! 🤩

With our new mounting plate, the plate is mounted directly to the F05 drilling pattern of the box – and the solenoid valve is mounted laterally, not inside the box.
