Since May 1st, 2025, I’ve officially taken on the role of CIO at EUROTEC Antriebszubehör GmbH.
What may sound new to many is familiar ground for me: for over 20 years, I’ve supported the company as an IT service provider, developed solutions, and driven innovation.
This step means more to me than just a new position – it’s the opportunity to advance digitalization and technology from the very heart of the company.

While vacationing in Northern Germany, our company founder and product developer made a remarkable discovery at a liquefied gas station:
One of our discontinued EBV limit switch boxes (out of production since 2008) was still operating – side by side with a modern wave series EVE unit.
To integrate our wave boxes with Kieselmann rotary actuators (sizes 90/75 and 90/100), we developed a custom 3D-printed adapter for torque transmission 🖨️ and a tailored stainless steel mounting bracket that matches the actuator’s special hole pattern 🔩
We’re proud to present our latest custom mounting solution for the ultra-compact OMAL actuator AGO DA08 F03 🛠️ – enabling seamless integration of our wave Box and i-box even in the tightest spaces 📦
This setup was previously considered too small for standard mounting – but we love a challenge 💡

On Thursday, July 10th, Friedrichshafen turned into a vibrant sports arena: 8,848 runners from 373 companies across the region came together for the ZF Company Run 2025 – and our EUROTEC team was right in the middle of it! 💪🎉

For a recent maritime application, we equipped our NEPTUN limit switch box with a high-visibility yellow indicator flag. Whether on deck or from the control room – the valve position is unmistakably clear. 🟡

🚢 Project Update – 100 Limit Switch Boxes Delivered! ⚙️
We recently delivered 100 wave limit switch boxes of the type EPPI2M01-MA380GSLED-3D-AM01 for a maritime application project to our long-term customer AM Instrumentering AS. It includes our half bracket IMBHV to allow a manual override of the valve and a prewired cable with LED connector for a simple plug and play connection to the solenoid coil. These units will be installed by our customer on various vessel types and integrated into key onboard systems.
